Christmas Bird Count Madrone Audubon's annual Christmas Bird Count will take place December 28th this year. This is the last Sunday of the year. If you have counted before, you will receive an invitation in the mail. If you wish to count and have not counted before, please let us know. Remember, all counters matter, regardless of skill and on this day all birds count. This, our 31st Christmas Count, will take place regardless of weather. At day's end we will share a potluck dinner and stories of the day including 'missed' birds. If you would like to help with the potluck, we will be grateful.
